Tufted
These carpets may consist of cut pile, loop pile, or a combination of both. The yarns in these can be dyed or printed with a style. Tufted carpets can be quite economical and are commonly at the lower end of the market.
Woven
These carpets are created on a loom nearly the same as woven cloth. There are numerous different yarns used and they generally contain very detailed patterns. This is the finest quality of carpet available.
